Select your departure and arrival dates separately. You may arrive on the same day or a later day. Your calendar displays dates in your device’s date format.

Enter a different arrival date for every entry. Bundle dates must fall within 12 months of the first arrival.

A few things to know before you go.

Do bundles cover one trip or several? Each entry is a separate pet import permit application for an individual future arrival date.

When are bundle applications processed? You pay upfront; we submit all complete applications immediately using their future arrival dates, and deliver the approved permits together.

Can one health certificate cover the whole year? Health documents must meet the requirements for each trip. Our team reviews your dates and records before submission.
